We are looking for a dynamic professional with the following enhanced requirements:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to surpass revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Tailor solutions to customer needs through in-depth product knowledge and effective communication.
3. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential leads using diverse channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects for future business opportunities.
4. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations showcasing the features and benefits of our stone products.
- Customize presentations to address specific customer needs and preferences.
5. Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure mutually beneficial agreements and meet revenue targets.
- Utilize effective closing techniques to finalize sales.
6. Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay well-informed about our products, features, specifications, and applications.
- Provide ongoing product training to the sales team and educate customers on the benefits of different stone products.
7. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular sales reports to track performance against targets.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
8. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure a coordinated customer-centric approach.
- Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
9. Achieve Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve sales targets and quotas as established by the company.
